PPT’s
principals, Mick Evans and Bernard Peet, each have more than 30 years
experience in the pork industry, gained in places as diverse
as the USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Cuba and Korea. They have a wealth
of knowledge gained working with clients in a broad spectrum of the
industry worldwide, ranging from large scale integrated operations to
“backyard” producers. Each has an in-depth knowledge of
production systems, management, building design and data analysis but
both Mick and Bernard also have individual specialist expertise in areas
such as product marketing, public relations, quality assurance, financial
modelling and nutrition.
